Anuban Udon Thani School maintains a mandatory ceremony that necessitates the active participation of all members, including students, teachers, and staff. Following this ceremony, there is a unique practice where students, teachers, and other staff dedicate an entire hour to cleaning their respective classrooms before continuing the activity into the learning process.  The school infrastructure consists of four buildings, each building also consists of four floors. Within each building, there will be a room for teachers for them when they’re on break time. Overseeing the operations of the school is a director who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the educational institution.  During my observations, particularly in 4th-grade classes, I noted a predominant teaching approach that blends both teacher-centered and student-centered methodologies. This approach serves a dual purpose – it not only ensures a concentrated and well-structured dissemination of knowledge but also fosters a profound and meaningful connection between educators and their students. The deliberate combination of these teaching strategies appears to be a deliberate choice, contributing to a holistic and effective learning environment at Anuban Udon Thani School.
