EXPLANATION
CLASSES AND LEARNINGS : most of my daytime hours (8 a.m to 5 p,m) are dedicated to classes and academic activities
STUDY TIME ; I have a total of 60 hours available for studying weekly, exceeding the 35 hours needed, which ensures flexibility and adequate preparation time
SELF-CARE AND ROUTINE : the schedule includes consistent slots for showering, prayer, meals and sleep (7 hours nightly), ensuring mywell being.
LEISURE AND RELAXATION : allocated leisure/study time, especially on weekends, offers a chance to recharge or catch up on studies needed.
SPIRITUAL PRACTICES ; prayer is a regular part of my schedule since I am a muslim.
As you can see my schedule is well-organized and incorporates a balanced routine with clear priorities. It reflects a disciplined and balanced approach to managing academic commitments, personal care, and leisure. It ensures me stay productive while maintaining physical, mental, spiritual well-being.
