Introduction
A Concentration chart is a type of visual representation that illustrates the relative proportions or distribution of a variable across categories, groups, or ranges. Its purpose is to highlight how values are concentrated within specific segments of a dataset.
Based on my concentration chart, you can see that I have difficulties in focusing due to lack of understanding (e.g., unclear topic or too much information. Furthermore, external distractions like noise or unrelated discussion and procrastination and inability to manage time effectively. By tracking my concentration problems, I can better understand my own habits and triggers for distractions or procrastination. With this chart, I can now improve both my focus and the quality of my work.
