Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad (CMS) is a diversified public-conglomerate headquartered in Kuching, Sarawak. The name “Cahya Mata Sarawak” means “Sarawak’s favorite child,” reflecting its deep roots in empowering the state’s growth.  Established in 1974 as a cement manufacturer, it evolved into a multi-industry leader spanning cement and construction materials, infrastructure and road maintenance, property development, financial services, education, oil tools, and more. Now comprising over 35 subsidiary companies. CMS was the first Sarawakian company listed on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market in 1989.
