The Inter-Club Council (ICC) is the governing body of student clubs at Weddington High School that promotes unification between clubs and organizations. The ICC will work to facilitate communication and cooperation among the different organizations and act as the “voice” for our clubs and organizations. Additionally, it will accurately represent the status of each club to the administration, faculty, and staff. ICC will meet monthly. Finally, ICC will create school and community involvement opportunities and help clubs work together for the good of our school and community. Furthermore, each club will appoint one member to act as its ICC Representative and attend monthly ICC meetings. New club guidelines and procedures will ensure equity, accountability, and transparency across all clubs. The club approval process will focus on supporting club longevity and growth while maintaining a goal for established clubs to last from year to year.
