Follow the directions under 'Register a Club.' Print out Form A, have your club advisor sign it and submit on Staff Canvas Page.
Can I use Remind to send club updates?
No, Remind is not allowed. SportsYou is the only approved form of club communication.
How do I update my slide on the Virtual Club Fair?
Contact your club advisor who received an email from Dr. Newnam with editing access to the slideshow. Your club advisor may grant you access to edit your club slide, but any edits must be approved and made under advisor supervision.
How do I submit my application?
Send your completed form to your club advisor, and they can submit it on the Staff Canvas Page.
Are Club Council officer positions available?
We are considering the need for additional officers. An application will be communicated if we decide a position is necessary.
How do I/can I charge club dues?
UCPS is currently using Infinite Campus for all online payments. Club advisors can talk to Ms. Flack about setting it up.
Can I hang up physical club flyers around WHS even though my club hasn't been approved yet?
Yes, as long as the flyer is approved by the WHS administration.
Can a student be the Club Council Representative of two clubs simultaneously?
