Club Applications for Fall 2025 are now closed
New club applications will reopen in January 2026
All clubs (returning and new) will be required to complete the full club application process to participate as a club at WHS. After the 2025-2026 school year, only new clubs will need to complete the application. This club process will ensure aligned expectations, accountability, and transparency across all clubs. The club approval process will focus on supporting club longevity and growth while maintaining a goal for established clubs to last from year to year.
Step 1
Complete the WHS Club Application Form A
Remember to accurately complete ALL information. Upload as a PDF in the ICC Google Form in Step 2.
Step 4
Distribute the WHS Club Participation Permission Form to current and prospective members
**Only those with a SIGNED Participation Permission Form are allowed on the club roster**
Step 5
Complete the linked ICC Google Form
Do NOT submit Form B without Form A approval. Due Month, Date @ Time.
Faculty advisors should keep completed member permission forms on file. Only members who have submitted completed forms to the club advisor can be on the Club Roster.
Step 6
Create an informational club slide
Additional information has been communicated to select clubs.

ICC Meeting: Club presentations/vote
