All clubs (returning and new) will be required to complete the full club application process to participate as a club at WHS. After the 2025-2026 school year, only new clubs will need to complete the application. This club process will ensure aligned expectations, accountability, and transparency across all clubs. The club approval process will focus on supporting club longevity and growth while maintaining a goal for established clubs to last from year to year.
Step 3
Await Form A approval
Primary provisional club approvals will be communicated the week of September 15.
Step 5
Distribute the WHS Club Participation Permission Form to current and prospective members
**Only those with a SIGNED Participation Permission Form are allowed on the club roster**
Step 6
Complete the linked ICC Google Form
Due two weeks after Form A approval. Club advisor must attach all approved permission forms with Form B.
Step 7
Await Form B approval
Secondary provisional club approvals will be communicated the week of October 6.

Create an informational club slide
Information about what to include will be communicated soon.
