Professionalism

Both of my preceptors, Andrew and Debra, demonstrated significant professionalism. They were both extremely knowledgeable about different laws and policies, treated everyone with respect, and knew how to communicate with different people effectively and collaborate. There are different teams within the organization, and they worked seamlessly with them to advocate for policy change. They were always willing to help, whether it was someone calling for legal advice or support or a co-worker trying to get more supporters for a bill.
