Context/Organization Setting

LSPC does not represent individuals, but the legal team within LSPC has otherwise engaged in impact litigation as counsel or co-counsel, and sometimes as a plaintiff. Most recently, the development team with the assistance of the staff attorneys on the legal team, received the HP 4 grant for a 1.5 grant year period through the Cailfornia State Bar to address homelessness prevention through a series of webinars and pamphlets provided to qualified legal service providers (QLSPs), non-QLSP housing support organizations, and formerly incarcerated individuals.
