The summary from Mrs. Trepanier's article:
There are a couple of places where I bet we are able to find examples of this.
Physical Sensitivities -
Does anyone have the tags cut out of every shirt they own?
Anyone shutter when they eat veggies and they squeak on your teeth?
One word: styrofoam.
Moral Sensitivities - do you have a strong emotional response when you see something unfair? It could be world hunger, a classmate that didn't get a turn to put a problem on the board, human's disregard for our environment in the name of progress, or a bug that was smushed for no good reason.
Emotional Sensitivities - do you ever feel like you live on a peak where you could fall in any direction - towards laughter, crying, anger, or sadness - and that the world keeps nudging you in every direction? This one can be especially hard for male students because society is traditionally less accepting of emotional outbursts from them.
