*Be sure to check with the BHC's operations as they continue to change due to Covid-19.

• Please provide an official immunization record within 30 days of enrollment.

• You have TEN days from when an immunization notice is provided to you by the school nurse to obtain required vaccine.

• The FLU SHOT is REQUIRED every school year. Information will be dispersed during flu season.

• Please note, students turning 16 will need their second dose of menginococcal. Please complete within 10 days of 16th birthday per DoDEA immunization requirement.

• As of now, the clinic is requesting student to have a current well check (within last 12 months) prior to receiving immunizations. Please call your PCP for an appointment.

• Branch Health Clinic Immunizations is WALK-IN ONLY (located on 2nd floor):

  • Hours of Operation:

    • Monday - Friday 0745-1600

    • Closed for lunch between 1130-1300 every day

• Any time you obtain a DoDEA required vaccination PLEASE PROVIDE the school nurse an updated, OFFICIAL immunization record.
