Hi, my name is Will Tutwiler and this is my capstone page! Throughout my time in high school, I've developed into a divergent thinker, meaning I tend to look for more than one solution to an issue. As someone who has a deep interest in the realm of education, policy, and government, I've chosen to apply this method of thinking to the issues I see in this country and around the world as it relates to these issues. Through the research I conduct during this project, I hope to become more educated and informed on my topic while also forming and experimenting with many different and complex solutions. I look forward to where this will take me.
