Last February whilst on vacation from school my friends and I embarked on a culinary adventure to try out new cuisines that have captivated our interests. At first we attempted to visit a Peruvian Restaurant in Lawerance, MA. However the restaurant was boarded up and closed which was a big disappointment for us. Despite the sadness we decided to try the next best thing, MEXICAN FOOD! We decided to go to the nearest Mexican restaurant that we can find and we devoured different types of Mexican food that we have never tried before. In the end we had a great experience that was all possible due to an unexpected occurance. 

In the summer of 2022, I visited Toronto, Ontario, Canada for the first time. In this visit I expected Canada to just be a northern version of the United States, but I was wrong. Unlike the US, Canada has a very expressive way of displaying culture, especially with language.  Everywhere in the country has places that are in English but also French translation. Through it, I learned about the English and French impact that was made in the country.
