Located in front of the Reading and Recreation Hub, the reference desk is where patrons can ask for assistance, wifi connection, and answers to their questions. The Chief Librarian and CCPL staff, who are present in this area, provide users with resources for in-depth study and exploration across various subjects

This is a collection of research studies, theses, and dissertations donated by universities and schools near the Caloocan City Public Library.

Located at the corner of the building beside the reference desk, the CCPL restrooms are well-maintained, clean, and equipped with essentials such as hand soap, toilet paper and hand dryer. 

This space contains the following collections, which are all displayed on open shelves: Mayor's Corner, GAD Corner, Chinese Corner, PWD Corner, Newspapers, Fiction, Filipiniana, and Theses and Dissertations. The space also has comfortable seats for studying and reading, as well as internet access and CCTV monitoring. 

The area equipped with computer and internet access, allowing patrons to conduct research, access digital resources, and enhance their technological skills. 

The Filipiniana collection offers patrons access to valuable materials that highlight Filipino culture, literature, and history.

The locker area, conveniently located in front of the registration area near the entrance of the Caloocan City Public Library, provides patrons with secure storage for personal belongings. This amenity ensures a comfortable and clutter-free library experience, allowing visitors to safely store bags and other items as they explore the library.
