Classroom management is critical in creating a classroom that serves as an effective conducive learning environment for all students. A well-managed classroom necessitates the incorporation of both strategic ideas and the proper attitude toward it. As future educators, we carry the torch that students will use to illuminate their path to effective learning.
Hence, if our lamp won't be efficient and competent, then we will not be able to provide quality education our learners deserve. In this LEMPara ng Bravo, we feature the categories that are identified as critical in creating effective classroom management: physical space, philosophical statement, classroom procedures, and classroom climate.
This LEMPARA is comprised of various components that are bound to manage the classroom we have. You may be asking what this is for and how these various LEMP components work. The context, conduct, content, and covenant are the four (4) main parts of this LEMP, to provide you a fast summary. Physical Space and the Philosophical Statement are both listed on the context page. The conduct page would be the ideal place to look if you wanted to find out about the classroom rules and regulations. The lesson on Pakikilahok and Bolunterismo, which is covered in the course Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao at the grade 9 level, as well as the classroom materials and teaching methods, are all listed on the content page. Lastly, on the Covenant page, you may find our accommodations for students.
