This set of rules should be observed all the time in the classroom
Listen Attentively
Listen Attentively
Students are required to listen attentively to understand the lessons and instructions clearly.
Always respect each other
Always respect each other
Students should always respect each other as they will encounter different perspectives in a classroom.
Maintain Cleanliness
Maintain Cleanliness
Students must maintain cleanliness at all times. Students should throw their trash in the trash cans inside the classroom or they should put it in their bags, to avoid a dirty classroom that may distract the whole class. Follow the assigned schedule of cleaning.
Always ask permission before going out of the classroom
Always ask permission before going out of the classroom
Students must ask permission from the teacher before leaving the class or going to the comfort room. This is to let the teachers know where you are going.
Submit requirements on time

Students must be punctual enough to do their tasks such as homework and projects early and must be aware of the deadline and submit on time.

Greet the teacher
Greet the teacher
Students are required to greet their teacher before the class starts. Once the teacher enters the classroom, students are encouraged to stand up and greet their teacher. This is to show respect to the teacher.
Be ready to listen and participate

Before the class begins, students should put away the things that are not relevant to the subject and put them in their bags to ensure that they are ready to listen, participate and avoid distractions.

Students must minimize noises when working and doing tasks such as group activities to avoid distracting other classmates or sections and for the members to understand each other.

Students are not allowed to use E-devices, such as smartphones, tablets, etc., during class hours to remain focused during the discussion, unless necessary and permission was obtained from the teacher.

This set of rules should be observed after class hours.
Pack your things up ONLY when the bell rings.
Pack your things up ONLY when the bell rings.
Students must pack their things up only when the bell rings or when the class ends to show respect to the time of teacher who is still discussing and other students that are still listening to the discussion. Students will go home and leave the classroom altogether.

Below are the strategies to utilize in order to ensure learner's accountability on their own learning.

The teacher will specifically give goals needed to be met per week following the SMART principle. This will help students to be guided while keeping themselves on track. Expectations will be concisely announced to the class so they would know what are being expected from them.

This will be conducted every week to self monitor their progress. Set of questions will be provided that are categorized into three:

Y-Chart of Responsibility
Y-Chart of Responsibility
This is a visual reminder to students of their responsibilities to keep in mind. This shall be placed on the top most corner of the whiteboard both sides.

HomeRoom Guidance
This will be implemented to have a talk with the class to check how they are doing, and matters related to academic standing. This can serves as open forum for concerns that shall be facilitated by the teacher. This is also the time to grow a strong connection with students, establishing trust that is necesarry in student-teacher communication.
Reward Reinforcement
Reward Reinforcement
All students will be given 5 tokens before the class starts. At the end of the month, their tokens will changed into prizes such as school supplies. It varies depending on the number of tokens they have accumulated.
Their tokens can increase for these reasons:
their academic performance is going well
they are consistent in cleaning the classroom when being in charge
they have maintained good behavior
they are a good leader (based on teacher and peers)
have perfect attendance
Their tokens can decrease for doing the opposite of things mentioned above.
