In Entomology  (which is the study of insects) we well...... study insects.

my favorite thing we did was when we talked about the 5 attributes in order for it to be an insect:

1. exoskeleton

2. antennae

3. six legs

4. external mouth-parts (mandibles)

5. the three body segments (head, thorax and abdomen)
