Most people facing life’s challenges keep it to themselves, and often feel alone, but let’s talk more and start sharing. Not everyone needs to know what you are feeling, but sharing with one person can lighten the burden and heaviness. It can be with a colleague, your manager or someone at home. Showing a glimpse of openness is 80 % of the effect, and through this glimpse those around you can support you better.
