Strafford School District is a 390 student PK-8 school located in beautiful Strafford, NH located along the 202 corridor connecting Rochester to Concord, NH. Our 185 high school aged students primarily attend Coe-Brown High School in Northwood, NH with a few attending other public high schools. Our school district is currently looking for energetic and passionate adults who love children and want to be part of our goal of providing a challenging, positive and safe learning environment that CARES for all of our students.

1/5/26 - Certified Special Education After School Tutor - We are seeking a dedicated Certified Special Education After School Tutor to support students with diverse learning needs in an engaging and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children succeed academically and socially, utilizing specialized teaching strategies to foster growth.
1/2/26 - Substitute Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) - We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Substitute Speech and Language Pathologist to provide temporary coverage for absent regular Speech and Language Pathologist for grades PreK-8. The primary role is to ensure continuity of speech and language therapy services, manage student caseloads, and maintain a positive, productive learning environment in alignment with established treatment plans and district guidelines.

1/2/26 - Title I MS Reading Interventionists - To provide an educational atmosphere in which at-risk middle school students will move toward the fulfillment of their potential in the assigned area of focus (Reading). Applicants will need to be Para II or teacher certified through NHED as this is a Title Position. Pay is aligned to the level of expertise and experience.
1/2/26 - Strafford School is in need of coaches for the spring season. These positions are anticipated at this time and we would love to see applications as soon as possible. Ongoing - Substitutes - $20/hour or $140 for a 7 hour day - To help fill in for an educator who is unable to be at work. We need folks who are kind, like children and flexible with assignments. Interacting with students, adults, technology, and following directions and lesson plans are essential to this role. Whether it is one day a week or several (even half days), we will work with folks to set them up for a successful experience. For a more detailed description, please click here.
