Strafford School District is a 402 student school located in beautiful Strafford, NH located along the 202 corridor connecting Rochester to Concord, NH. The positions we currently have available are as follows:
4.11.24 - 2024-25 SY - Full Time - Elementary School Teacher - Grade 1 - Strafford School is in need of an amazing elementary educator to join our grade 1 team and to support our youngest students as they progress through the elementary experience. Grade 1 teaching experience preferred. To learn more about the position, please click here. All application materials must be submitted by April 29 by 5:00 pm in order to be considered in round one of the hiring process. Any applications that come in after 5:00 pm will be stored in case the hiring team does not find a candidate through the first round process.
4.11.24 - 2024-25 SY - Full Time - Special Education Teacher, Case Manager and Inclusion Specialist - Strafford School is looking for a special education expert who can fill multiple needs:

2.23.24 - 2023-24 SY - Part Time Inclusion Facilitator/Case Manager - A Special Education position to meet the needs of our special education students in their public neighborhood school to the maximum extent possible. Must be a certified special education teacher with a focus on meaningful education in the general education curriculum and classroom. To learn more about the position, please click here.
2.7.24 - 2024-25 SY - Part Time Special Education Teacher/Case Manager - Strafford School is looking for a case manager who has 20-30 hours of time available per week to support some of our amazing students. To learn more about the position, please click here.
12.11.23 - Paraprofessional - To provide academic and/or social assistance to students. Includes regular education, special education, and/or 504 support in a variety of settings depending on specific assignment.For a more detailed description, please click here.
Substitutes - To help fill in for an educator who is unable to be at work. We need folks who are kind, like children and flexible with assignments. Interacting with students, adults, technology, and following directions and lesson plans are essential to this role. Whether it is one day a week or several (even half days), we will work with folks to set them up for a successful experience. For a more detailed description, please click here.
Paused - Student Support Paraprofessional - To provide academic and behavioral support to students who require additional assistance in order to succeed in their studies. This person will need experience dealing with student de-escalation, processing, small group and individual supports. Will be involved in developing, implementing and tracking plans. Requires excellent communication skills. This position requires a commitment to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices.
