As we end this first quarter and prepare to begin the second quarter, I give God thanks for his many blessings! We have encouraged the students to "finish strong" this week, and we look forward to seeing you at parent/teacher conference day on October 17. May we continue to work together to help your children grow in every way. 

As we see the literal foundations rise up for the new school building, I can't help but think about the foundation we are building with you to provide for our students. Be assured of my prayers for you over Fall Break, and we will see you again on Monday, October 12! God bless you!

REPORT CARDS

Report cards will be coming home after Fall Break. Students with tuition balances will not receive their report cards. Please contact Lori in the business office if you have any questions about your tuition account. She can be reached at lori.creech@stpaulsmemphis.com or 901-346-0862. 

Parents, please read the information below from the school handbook about our tuition policy. 

Tuition and Fees Information

Each year tuition prices are set by St. Paul Parish. 

Tuition: In enrolling your child in a Catholic school, you agree to certain important responsibilities. One of these responsibilities is timely tuition payments. School budgets depend on regular tuition payments by the parents or guardians in order to pay for operating expenses. 

Delinquent Tuition: PreK families pay weekly. If payments are behind by one week, the family will receive a letter from the School Business Office. The letter will notify parents that their tuition is past due and will request payment by a certain date. The letter will also explain that the child may not return to school if the payment is not paid by that date. 

K-8 families pay monthly. If payments are behind by one month, the family will receive a letter from the School Business Office. Parents are responsible for keeping their accounts current. Student records (including report cards) will not be released, if the parent still has financial obligations owed to the school.

Fees: All fees are nonrefundable.

Textbooks: Students will reimburse the school for loss of or damage to textbooks or electronic equipment.

Returned Checks: A charge is assessed for each insufficient check received. If insufficient checks are received more than twice, all further payments must be made in cash.

Financial assistance is available for qualifying students. Applications are completed through FACTS.

Scholarships, financial awards, and payment plans are confidential and should not be discussed with other St. Paul families. Sharing of confidential information can forfeit your award.
