We are proud to say that following an application process, we were selected as a Creative School as part of this Creative Ireland / Arts Council Initiative, based on our excellent record in developing creativity in our school. This project has enabled us to engage with a creative associate, Lucy Hill (www.lucyhill.ie), to develop a creative plan for our school.

We have worked with Lucy throughout the 2018/19 and 2019/20 school years. It has been a fun time in our school as we have worked on two all-school art projects, in dance and drawing. Lucy identified opportunities for us in these areas and found local artists to guide and assist us. We feel very lucky to have had the chance to work with Lucy and these other artists and look forward to finishing up our work on our drawing project once our school reopens.
