Roommate Agreement

The Roommate Agreement is the agreement that includes all of the arrangements and agreements made by the roommates to ensure a successful year. Encourage your residents to set aside at least a half-hour to complete this agreement. It is important that all roommates have the opportunity to state their opinion and create agreements that take into account everyone’s needs and opinions. This is the time for roommates to collaborate and compromise.

Roommate agreements are MANDATORY as they help prevent roommate conflicts before they happen and they can be utilized during a roommate mediation throughout the year when expectations and opinions change.
