Unrestricted Meals

Unrestricted funds will be placed on your account for your meals on (). $25 per day will be placed on your account for (). Meal Plans begin (). Please use your unrestricted funds appropriately by agreeing to the following:

1. Try to stay within the meal allotments we have designated so you do not run out of unrestricted funds. We will not add additional funds to your account if you run out.

2. Unrestricted funds not used will be returned to the Residential Life by the Bursar. If you currently have unrestricted funds in your account, please keep in mind our unrestricted funds are designated to be used first; we will remove the difference. Any unrestricted funds you deposited into your account will remain.

3. Unrestricted funds provided by Residential Life cannot be used for the following purposes: alcohol purchases, toiletries, and other personal items, or to provide food for others. In short, the unrestricted funds provided by Residential Life are only to be used for food on the days and meal times outlined above. Any RAs found to be using these funds inappropriately may be subject to immediate termination and will relinquish any remaining RA benefits (stipend, remaining housing charges, etc.). We will be reviewing receipts daily to ensure funds are being used appropriately.
