Following the fall of the Western Roman Empire, Germanic tribes like the Ostrogoths, Franks, and Vandals competed for control over its former territories. Delegates must decide who should hold legitimate power, while addressing tensions between Roman traditions and new tribal customs to establish a stable political order.
Delegates will address the economic collapse that contributed to the fall of the Western Roman Empire, focusing on issues like currency corruption, inflation, and declining trade. They will propose reforms in areas such as taxation, military spending, and trade to restore financial stability and protect the empire.
