Press Corps

Hey everyone! My name is Elena Castillo, I’m 16, and by the time of the conference I’ll be a sophomore at St. Nicholas Pinheiros. For this MUN, I couldn’t be more excited to serve as Head of Journalism for the Press Corps committee! To me, the Press Corps is what brings visibility to the little, but meaningful, moments that happen throughout a conference. That’s one of the many reasons as to why I fell in love with it when I first began working as a journalist. MUN has given me so many experiences and memories that I truly hold close to my heart, and it’s an honor to be part of the leadership team for this edition of MUNicks. Outside of MUN, I love listening to all kinds of music, I’m a big foodie, I love traveling when possible, I enjoy reading in my free time and one of my favorite things is to spend time with my friends and family. Hi delegates!! My name is Giovanna Nicastro, and I’m a student at St. Nicholas School Pinheiros, I’m 15 years old and by the time of the conference i’ll be a sophomore. I am extremely excited to be part of the conference’s leadership as Head of Multimedia for the Press Corps Committee. I fell in love with photography when I first started being a press delegate in MUNICKS 2024. In my opinion, the Press Corps is the eyes and ears of the conference, and it’s amazing how much more pictures and news papers can capture. Eventually photography has become my passion and a big part in my life, by expressing myself in a much creative and engaging way. Apart from MUN, I love to watch movies, listen to music, go on road trips, and spend time with family and friends. Also I can’t wait to meet all of you, and hope that you have an amazing time.
