Window

This window is called the angel with a censer.

Angels are very important in the Catholic faith, Scripture says that angels are to deliver messages, accompany the lonely, grant protection, and even help fight Gods battles.

Donor

The donor of the stained glass is Frank W. Porter, a pioneer settler of Kalispell and a very successful businessman, who owned a very big barn in Somers.

Barefoot

The reason the Angel is barefoot is as a sign of humility.

Censor

The Angel is holding a censer, which is a vessel that holds incense, used to bless the altar and the people during solemn feast days. The incense symbolizes the prayers being lifted up to God.
