Infants

Please try to do this meditation at the start of the day if possible to set a kind, positive and calming atmosphere.

We recommend breathing in and out slowly 3 times prior to doing your choice of activity.

 Here are a few suggestions, please try to do 1:

1.    Mindful Colouring

2.   Posters – theme: Choose Kindness. Have a positive kind words on them for the classroom door.

4. Read a book on Kindnesss

5. Kindness bucket/mailbox – kind images (hearts/smiley faces) in the box for pupils to pick out and put a smile on their faces as they arrive at school.

6. Kindness Confetti – all children draw a happy/positive picture note on a post-it, go outside, throw it in the air and children pick up a different note and enjoy.

7.   Kind messages/images written in chalk in yards.
