Unless an end date has been established (for a short-term condition), the accommodations you have been determined as eligible for will be available to you for the remainder of your time at this university.
If your needs change or if new concerns/challenges arise, you may contact our office any time. Accommodation eligibility can be adjusted or added to as needed.
If your accommodations are not being honored or if you have a question related to this, please reach out to your Access Consultant as early as possible.
Accommodations cannot be used retroactively (for anything in the past), unless an exception has been made due to emergency circumstances.
If you are registered for courses at another college/university, please contact that school's accessibility office for accommodations and other access needs. St. Kate's accommodations are only applicable to our university. And if you have accommodations with another school, those would not automatically transfer here. However, you may share that information with your St. Kate's Access Consultant.
The disability/medical information and documentation students share with our office to determine eligibility is confidential. Staff and faculty outside of our office do not have access to this.
