Nurse Ready is a proposed club designed to bring senior nursing students together to prepare for the NCLEX in a supportive, collaborative environment. As we approach graduation and the final step toward earning our nursing licenses, effective preparation for the NCLEX becomes essential. This exam not only tests our nursing knowledge but also our ability to apply critical thinking, prioritization, and clinical judgment skills. Through organized group study sessions, practice questions, and peer support, Nurse Ready aims to help students strengthen their confidence, reinforce key concepts, and develop effective test-taking strategies to ensure success on the NCLEX and in our future nursing careers. Nurse Ready will provide students with an opportunity to meet and review nursing content, as well as discuss question-answering skills related to the NCLEX. This club has the potential to increase NCLEX pass rates, as well as build a community at Saint Kate's that fosters an environment of support and teamwork.
