The Event Planning Form is to be completed only for events larger than a club gathering

A Campus Life staff member will then set up a meeting with you
Before your meeting, please complete and bring the Event Planning Checklist.
During the meeting with a Campus Life Staff Member you will go over
Funding options and budgeting
Working with external vendors and using contracts
Reserving campus spaces
Creating and sharing publicity materials
Food guidelines (Sodexo catering vs. outside food)
Setting up a cashbox or Marketplace for payments
Recording expenses in the Club Allocations & Expenses spreadsheet
