Greetings! I am an Affton native and attended Seven Holy Founders grade school and Cor Jesu Academy before getting my degree at UMSL. I have four sons in various stages of their academic careers, ranging from second-year in college to novitiate year in the Dominican Order. One son is a Mizzou grad designing educational games with a company in Columbia.

I started teaching at St. Gabriel in 1992 in the 3rd grade. I moved up to 4th grade for five years, then 6th grade, after which I took six years off from 2000-2006 to be home with my own children. Since 2006, I have been a junior high religion teacher with an 8th-grade homeroom. Prior to teaching at St. Gabriel, I was a substitute teacher for four years in the Webster Groves and Affton School Districts.

Degrees: BA from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, in Elementary Education. Post-graduate coursework through the University of Hawaii and Fontbonne University.
