We will be using the mySci program this year for science.  mySci is a signature program of the Institute for School Partnership at Washington University in St. Louis. mySci is dedicated to creating equity in science learning through hands-on, inquiry-based curriculum that nurtures critical thinking and creativity. 

For 6th grade science, the 1st trimester will focus on energy and matter in ecosystems;  2nd trimester will shift into earth science with the study of geologic time; and  3rd trimester will continue our study of earth science, with a focus on earth cycles.
