Our group has regular weekly meetings to discuss broader topics, and members meet individually as needed for other tasks. Tasks are delegated to members based on their experience and skillsets, though all members are able to weigh in on a part of the project they are not directly working on. A survey of the group members was conducted on team cohesion, and it revealed that everyone had a similar understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the group.
