Assessments
The team has been using multiple methods to assess progress towards the design project. The team has been meeting regularly at least once a week in person and also communicating online through Discord to discuss what deliverables have been completed and to delegate future tasks. The team has also been using updates to the Google site and Notion development board to keep track of each member's accountability and to see what specific required tasks they have completed and visually how their progress looks like.
We believe current progress has been satisfactory and that everyone has been on track to fulfill their full range of responsibilities. In addition to completing the required work of describing the project scope and designing the prototype designs, flowcharts, specifications, and task breakdown, the team has begun working on a minimum viable product for the frontend client and backend data structures. No conflicts have arised yet.
