Spring 2024 Finals Week Staffed Hours - our goal is to staff 100% of our open hours but isn't always feasible. These are our currently staffed hours:

• Sunday -  Staffed 1pm - 9pm

• Monday - Staffed 9am - 10pm

• Tuesday - Staffed 9am - 2pm, 5pm - 10pm

• Wednesday - Staffed 9am - 5pm, 6pm - 10pm

• Thursday -Staffed 11am - 8pm

• Friday - CLOSED FOR SUMMER BREAK, SEE YOU IN THE FALL SEMESTER

• No food on the computer desks or work surfaces. No drinks without spill-proof lids.

• Scheduled classes and students needing to print get priority:

  • If a scheduled class comes in or a student needs to print while the computers are used for other tasks, you may be asked to vacate your seat,

  • Printers are for academic use only - no personal work or work to be sold may be printed in the VPL.

• All paper sales are VPL Punchcard only, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be offered except in the case of malfunctioning hardware (excludes user errors - double/triple check your print settings).

• Custom paper types and alternative printing materials must be approved by the lab manager. If you damage equipment after failing to get approval to use alternative printing media may result in financial responsibility to repair/replace the equipment.

• No glueing or cutting on VPL work surfaces - any handmade or craft-style tasks must be done elsewhere.

• Clean up after yourself, especially if you are using the paper cutter.

• This is a public space with expensive and specialized equipment. Be kind, courteous, and careful so our space and equipment remains in good working order.

• Failing to comply with any of the VPL or SEU student code of conduct policies may result in losing access privileges.
