Select Printer
Click ‘Page Setup’
Click ‘Yes’ if warning pops up
Format for - select printer
Select paper size
Select size with ‘Sheet’ in title if printing on sheets
If you are printing on Roll Paper you will need to create a custom paper size:
Select “Manage Custom Sizes...”
Click the “+” button to create a new size
The width has to be the physical width of the paper
The height should be several inches longer than the long edge of your image (the length will be up to you depending on the borders you desire)
The margins (non-printable area) can be left alone or set to 0
Click ‘OK’
Click ‘OK’
Click ‘Printer’ for Epson Driver Options
Click ‘Continue’ if warning pops up
Change from Layout to Color Settings
If able Click 'Epson Color Controls'
Change from Color Settings to Printer Settings
Make sure Page Setup is defaulted to correct source
Sheet, Borders for sheet paper
Roll Paper for rolls
Make sure Page Source is set to Paper Cassette
Select Media Type
Matte
Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte for sheet
Enhanced Matte for roll
Print Mode: EPSON PrecisionDot
Color Mode: Epson standard (sRGB)
Ink: Matte Black
Output Resolution
SuperPhoto - 1440 dpi
Check Super MicroWeave
Uncheck High Speed
Finest Detail is user’s choice
Click ‘Print’ to return to Illustrator
Set Scaling if necessary by changing the page sizing and handling
Set Orientation if necessary
Click ‘Print’ to send the job to the printer
