Apply for Spring 2026 Boodle Box faculty pilot to try a multi-LLM tool & compare AI models.
The Teaching, Learning, and Technology Roundtable (TLTR) is excited to announce a pilot program for BoodleBox, an enterprise-level, multi-Large Language Model (LLM) tool, designed to support faculty in integrating Generative AI into their teaching and learning practice. We are seeking interested faculty to join us in exploring the curricular and pedagogical potential of this tool, with the potential to propose a limited student pilot in the Spring 2026 semester.
We have secured 200 faculty licenses for the Spring 2026 semester. Licenses will be issued beginning 12/19/2025 and are valid through May 31, 2026. Pilot participants will be notified by email.
Licenses will be issued on a first come, first served basis once minimum criteria are met.
If you have an idea or assignment where students in a Spring 2026 course would benefit from using a tool like Boodle Box, we would like to work with you to develop a pilot. Indicate your interest, and we will work with you to develop planned student uses.
Priority will be given to full-time faculty or adjunct faculty with department support.
Faculty who already have access to another tool (like Gemini or ChatGPT Team) may still get access to BoodleBox.
Please complete the brief form (10 minutes or less) below if you are interested.
