HILLHOPS

Hillhops is an award-winning annual event on the St. Edward's University campus that provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and members of the public to learn about the Texas Craft Brewing scene, browse the archives, network with industry pros, and enjoy a few brews.

HILLHOPS WILL RETURN: JANUARY 21, 2027

The award-winning educational and community-building event returns with two new panel discussions by industry experts, historical displays, internship and employment networking opportunities, and a Exhibit Hall filled with brewers and related groups from all over Texas.

About Us

Munday Library plays a pivotal role on the St. Edward's campus by connecting and expanding on the academic, intellectual, and cultural explorations that epitomize the Hilltopper experience. In addition to the Texas Craft Brewing, Distilling, and Wine Collections, the Archives and Special Collections contain unique materials related to SEU, Austin, and Texas history.
