Every moment, place, and culture has its classics: stories that people turn to for inspiration, instruction, and entertainment time and again. Here and now, in our diverse and interconnected city, country, and world, many current and future classics are inherently imaginative, multifaceted, and in conversation with older texts. Everyone deserves to belong in a story, to see themselves reflected and to gain a window into others’ experiences. The texts in this project are recommended with this in mind by STCC librarians and faculty.
