For: New and aspiring middle leaders in secondary schools
Assessment: 75%+ attendance, plus implementation project
Based on 5 years of running the ADMLQ, the Agnus Dei CSA have worked on a revised and revamped course reflecting content of the new NPQs, Ofsted requirements, the new CSI (Section 48) framework and distinct principles of Catholic Leadership.

Sessions will reflect on aspects of the content of different National College qualifications within a distinct and specifically Catholic context. Each session will be lead by experienced Middle Leaders from different Alliance schools. They were share their insight, wisdom and top tips!
