The Colorado Human Trafficking Council (CHTC) meets on the fourth Friday of each month with the exception of November and December. Meetings are usually held at the Jefferson County Human Services Building. Meetings typically start at 9:00 a.m. Meetings are open to the public. Members of the public are encouraged to attend, observe Council meetings and provide public comment.
