Data Program and Project Analysis at CDOT

Starting May 16th, ALL PMWeb usernames will follow the @dot.state.co.us convention

All Users: To streamline logins across CDOT platforms, the PMWeb implementation team has implemented a new username schema. Moving forward, log in with your typical username, but append it with “@dot.state.co.us”. This also applies to contractors.

Old, outdated username: smithj

Correct, new username: smithj@dot.state.co.us

Note: If your original username included your middle initial, please include it in your new username.

Use 2-Factor Authentication to log in to PMWeb

All Users: On May 16th, PingID multi-factor authentication will also be turned on for PMWeb. This two-step user authentication process follows similar steps in how you log into VPN today. It will require a second authentication mode either through a text code or PingID app. If you do not want to download the app, please select an alternative authentication mode from the bottom of the Ping pop-up.
