Data Program and Project Analysis at CDOT

SiteManager and LIMS Sunset/Transition deadline is approaching on 6/30/2025

Construction teams: Active CDOT construction projects and/or projects that do not have the Final Estimate (Retainage) paid out and currently are using SiteManager and LIMS for payments will need to transition to PMWeb and ATSER by June 30, 2025, as the subscription/license for SiteManager and LIMS will terminate on that date. This also applies to projects currently under a Landscape Establishment Period. 

For projects remaining in SiteManager/LIMS, Final Payments and Retainage need to be paid before the end of the Fiscal Year. Please account for the typical Business Office fiscal year-end payment deadlines and procedures during this process. The double-entry operation to verify PMWeb and ATSER ended on December 1, 2024. As of January 1, 2025, all projects awarded will use PMWeb and ATSER.

Please refer to this guidance for active construction projects that need to be transitioned over to PMWeb and ATSER. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Jacob Shafer. 

Starting May 16th, ALL PMWeb usernames will follow the @dot.state.co.us convention

All Users: To streamline logins across CDOT platforms, the PMWeb implementation team has implemented a new username schema. Moving forward, log in with your typical username, but append it with “@dot.state.co.us”. This also applies to contractors.

Old, outdated username: smithj

Correct, new username: smithj@dot.state.co.us

Note: If your original username included your middle initial, please include it in your new username.

Use 2-Factor Authentication to log in to PMWeb

All Users: On May 16th, PingID multi-factor authentication will also be turned on for PMWeb. This two-step user authentication process follows similar steps in how you log into VPN today. It will require a second authentication mode either through a text code or PingID app. If you do not want to download the app, please select an alternative authentication mode from the bottom of the Ping pop-up.
