Instructor-Led Training

Please review calendar at the bottom of the page for training dates offered and which class (Construction or Materials/LIMS)

Training sessions will be held from 08:30 am - 3:00 pm remotely, via Google Meets.

This is a hands-on software training class and you will need a computer.  I recommend either having 2 monitors, or a second device (phone, Chromebook, computer or tablet) so multiple windows can be accessed at the same time.

A Few Days Prior to Training:

1. Confirm your access to CDOT eVPN by logging on successfully to Global Protect

2. Confirm you have received an email that your SiteManager Training account has been set up.  Training credentials will be sent the morning of class

3. Confirm you received your Google Hangout Meeting invitation with the link to join the meeting

4. Confirm you received the 3 training documents in a separate reminder email.  They will be sent the Friday prior to class.

5. Print out the 205 form received in that email

6. SiteManager is ONLY  compatible  with Internet Explorer.  Either set your default to IE or add an extension for Chrome:  IE Extension for Chrome 

1. Confirm you can log onto eVPN the morning of the class

2. Confirm you received your email that morning with your Training Login Credentials

3. Have a second screen:

    a.     Second monitor

b.     Lap or desk top

c.      Tablet

d.     Phone

4. If you have problems, be prepared to share your screen so the trainer can assess the issue

5. Confirm you have your paper 205 to complete the exercises
