OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (OIT) REQUIRED SECURITY TRAINING FOR STATE CONTRACTORS

YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THIS SECURITY TRAINING

All vendor staff with access to state systems and all state consolidated executive branch contractors are required to complete the AUP review/ acknowledgement lesson.

Self Register

All agency vendor staff who access state systems and all agency contractors go to the:

After Registering

Training will be assigned the day after account creation, and contractors and vendor staff will have 30 days to complete the required annual AUP review/acknowledgement lesson available in the Security Awareness 2024 Course. 

NOTE: If you try to register and it says you already have and account, please contact gregg.miller@state.co.us to get the training assigned

FAQ's

What do I do if my access is about to expire?

You will receive an email from One Identity as a reminder of your upcoming expiration. You will need to respond to the questions and email them back. Your access will only be extended 9 months at a time.

I only need onboarding.  Do I use the above Portal? 

Yes


How long does it take once my request has been submitted and approved? 

It may take 7-10 days to grant your system access. 

SiteManager

I already have eVPN, do I need to submit a Portal request for additional application access? 

Yes, but you only need to request SM access and sign the SM Access Agreement.  You do NOT need to send the eVPN/SOC. 

I need SiteManager access to a project, do I need to submit a Portal request request or OIT Ticket? 

NOT FOR PROJECTWISE PROJECT ACCESS
