OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (OIT) REQUIRED SECURITY TRAINING FOR STATE CONTRACTORS
UPDATE
Effective March 14, 2025, consultant/contractors/vendors will begin receiving training requests directly to their email inbox. This new monthly method allows for a more focused learning environment, emphasizing quality over quantity and reinforcing key concepts over time. Moving forward, contractors and vendors will be sent one email per month informing them of the required monthly Security Awareness Training.
*********If a contractor does not work on a regular basis throughout the year, the training will queue, and the contractor will receive email reminders and potentially past-due notifications during the months they are not engaged. The contractor can ignore the messages during the non-working months and complete the training during their working months.**********

Onboarding and Access Requests
If you need ATSER access the project must already be in ATSER before completing the access form

Applications in which you need access.
5 digit project # (subaccount) for EACH project access is required
Step 3
CDOT Signing Authority must approve/deny emailed access request. Follow-up with signing authority for approval. ** CDOT Authority be sure to check your spam folder if not in email inbox.

FAQ's
What do I do if my access is about to expire?
You will receive an email from One Identity as a reminder of your upcoming expiration. You will need to respond to the questions and email them back. Your access will only be extended 9 months at a time.
I only need onboarding. Do I use the above Portal?
Yes
How long does it take once my request has been submitted and approved?
It may take 7-10 days to grant your system access.
SiteManager
I already have eVPN, do I need to submit a Portal request for additional application access?
Yes, but you only need to request SM access and sign the SM Access Agreement. You do NOT need to send the eVPN/SOC.
I need SiteManager access to a project, do I need to submit a Portal request request or OIT Ticket?
