All Full-Time Employees (FTE) at CDOT automatically have their PW accounts created at the time of On-Boarding. Logging into PW Explorer can be done by using their Windows username and password after the PW Cloud Datasource as been added to PW Explorer.

Share Sites will NO LONGER be available to
ALL CDOT PW Users & Consultant PW Users as of
October 1st, 2022.
This will impact ALL users who are currently storing project & non-project documentation or files within the
Active Projects' PW Share Sites.
ALL PW Users are directed to place their documentation & files into the PW Cloud through the PW Web Connections (tiles are shown below) or via PW Explorer.
Please remove any files from the active Share Sites & continue to place all project files in the Web Connections going forward.
Any documentation or files that remain in the Share Sites after October 1st, 2022 will be moved to the PW Cloud server by the PW & Bentley Team, however, access to the files will not be immediately available to users until that migration is complete.
