All CDOT employees can request application access through the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Customer Service Portal

To make system application requests please select the link below to do so through the Office of Information Technology - OIT Service Hub:

Select Request a Service
Under Catalog Filters, click Applications/Access

CDOT ESRI-GeoHub Access: eConstruction Applications, DTD Applications, Maintenance Applications *Needs Additional Approvals - Please Enter in Approving Authority as indicated below on the Application Access form:
Night Inspection approving authority is: braporh.jacobs@state.co.us
Operations Readiness approving authority is: matt.russmann@state.co.us
CDOT PMWeb Access: PMWeb
CDOT Pre-Construction Access: AASHTOWare Project PreConstruction
CDOT ATSER Access: ATSER
CDOT SiteManager Access:
SiteManager/LIMS *To gain access to SiteManager (and SiteManager Training) you will also need to fill out and attach the Access Agreement to the application access request.
