The Idea Fest Application process happens as follows

ROUND-1 ( To Register)

This round commences with filling the initial interest form or Subscribe Form to the IDEA FEST 2019. Here the students can choose their area of interest.

Learning resources like videos, curated course material and presentations will be shared with the teams to guide them.

Subscribe Form will be kept open from November 10th 2018

ROUND-2( To apply)

This round commences with filling our Application form. Our experts will analyze and evaluate on the basis of idea generation and will shortlist teams for the final pitch .

Final Application Form - a Detailed application form that captures more information of the idea/project they are working on or on the problem statement for organisations.

ROUND-3

In this round, shortlisted teams will create a Business plan of their project which will map the future course of action. Every team will send a video of their project and presentation of their pitch. One to one mentoring by seasoned entrepreneurs and experts will be provided to the teams.

A Workshop on “How to Pitch” will be arranged for the teams to enhance their presentation skills and technical knowledge.

And a final shortlisting will be done to get the best applications to the next stage.

ROUND-4

Prototype evaluation and Pitch Day

In this round selected top teams will present or pitch their project ideas in front of Expert panel from which students can later be absorbed to undergo internships in offered roles depending on their capability and interest in the area of work.

Selected applicants will be invited by KSUM and they have to pitch their ideas on the Finals of Idea Fest in front of a panel of judges.

Innovators recommended for selection are then awarded financial grant, Mentorship Support and Lab facilities.
