Services provided outside the home support and assist participants in educational, enrichment, and recreational activities. Our programs are intended to enhance inclusion in the community, organically building skills and confidence. We practice skills in our community center, then work with civic and social groups and businesses to gain practical experience while building relationships that lead to inclusion and natural supports in the neighborhood.

We dedicate time daily to visit with each member one to one, and encourage everyone to focus on their future. The goal is to help achieve and/or maintain the outcomes of increased independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning, and inclusion in the community. Community Based Supports can include assistance in participating in community-based activities. We provide assistance, training, and guidance as they learn and perform the various tasks that are included in basic self-care, social skills, and activities of daily living.
