We build inclusive communities, inspire careers, and help make connections that help establish a happy, independent, and sustainable adult life. 

Our members are young adults with mild intellectual/developmental disabilities in their 20s and 30s.

Peer Mentors, staff, and community volunteers work together to help members meet the objectives they design and build a life of purpose and connection.

What makes StarThrower Group truly unique is our insistence on getting to know members as individuals, and helping them prepare for–and find–sustainable work they will enjoy. We employ member-driven, fun, project-based interactive experiences that enrich, while helping our members build the necessary skills to live more independently.

Our Flemington location is the first of many we have planned. We intend to open a second location in Somerset County in 2026. Help us make that dream a reality: Donate
